Halloween Outings

I love Halloween!  I love to dress up and pretend I’m something I’m not… It’s way too much fun.  I dressed up twice this year.  Once on Saturday night with Hans, Tommy, and Heidi and then on Halloween for work.

My first costume was as a corpse bride… ooooo… and my second was as a bunny.  A real bunny!  Hans was a corpse groom on Saturday and a pirate on Halloween.  Tom and Heidi were Mario and Princess Peach.

  

Saturday night was an adventure.  When we first walked into the bar a lady asked Hans and I when we got married…  And then asked us if we thought her daughter seated at the bar was pretty…  very strange lady.

Mario was true to his character and saved his roommate from an unfortunate incident which ended with me standing in the cold for a long time waiting for a cab.  At least I get Mountain Dew next time Hans has a headache or really doesn’t feel like getting it for me.  Right Hans?

There weren’t very many Trick-or-Treaters out on Halloween, which is good because Hans has such a generous and soft heart that he wants to give all the cute little kids a handful of candy.  I am the candy Nazi.  They can have one piece unless the candy bar is a mini, in which case they may have two of those.  I didn’t buy all that candy to give it all to the first little girl in a tutu.  But Hans knows I love him all the more for it.  awww…

All in all it was a good Halloween.  And now I can start dreaming up what I’m going to become next year.
